Our portrait shoots are offered on location or at our studio in Manhattan, where we can provide optional hair and makeup services. With the shoot you can incorporate changes of outfit, include other family members (and pets), have it themed, incorporate a hobby or sport, or just go with the flow, whatever you choose, we’ll make it a fun and relaxed experience.
From the shoot we create our signature custom-designed hard or soft cover signing book — which makes a lovely keepsake from your event, preserving messages and well-wishes from guests, family & friends.

Our bat and bar mitzvah portrait sessions can be shot on location or at our studio in Chelsea. Aside from capturing amazing portraits we also include family groupings, siblings, friends, and even pets, or whomever you’d like to include in your shoot. Themed shoots, in terms of capturing a favorite activity or pastime, are very popular. Locations can include family home, beach, parks, or city / town neighborhoods. For our NYC studio shoots we can provide makeup and hair services.
The shoot itself is 1 hour from which we typically deliver approximately 100+ color-enhanced and corrected images, with select photographs converted to black & white.
Proofing images are accessed thru an online secure gallery — allowing you to pick your favorites for range of products including signing books, framed prints, printed proofs, and large image printing such as poster-boards and signing boards to decorate your event venue.
SIGNING BOOKS
A wonderful keepsake from your event!
With your portrait shoot you have the option to purchase a hardcover signing book to capture well-wishes from guests, family & friends at your event.
The signing book comes in an 11×14″ or 16×20″ format, and ranges from 20 to 30 pages. We take your favorite images from the shoot, edit them, and create the book design and cover – leaving lots of room for signatures and messages.
The book itself makes for a great keepsake to preserve messages from well-wishers – and is a wonderful takeaway to treasure for years after the event.
